Grove Road Social Club Over 50’s Classes

The  Grove Road Social Centre (Brandwood House next to Red Lion)  are running a BIG-funded (Awards for All) Social Inclusion Project . Classes include Tai Chi, Computer Classes, Brad baking and Positive Minds groups ( fortnightly).

We also have gardening tools if anyone would like to come along and help in our community garden and get some exercise and maybe learn some skills.

The best way for people to connect with us is to come along to IT or Tai Chi to have a look and a chat to one of the committee and take what interests them from our lounge notice board…

For more information please ring Jan Tchamani (Project Co-ord) on 07832 234600 if interested.
