Brandwood Housing Estate Assessments and Walkabouts

Birmingham City Council local housing officers and other representatives,
carry out regular estate walkabouts and two estate assessments each year,
because the quality of the neighbourhoods where you live is important to
us. An estate walkabout is where housing staff and residents come together
on a joint inspection in the neighbourhood to identify areas that need
repairing or improving.

The reason for the assessments is to take a broad look at various areas and
highlight any issues. The estate is then scored and given an overall
assessment on a cross City comparison. If you want to see how you road
scored last year please see attached  report.
