Resident complaint to Council from Jan 2010- today 2012 about Vicarage Road- and no it’s still not fixed!

This text is copied from the Fix my street website….and it makes for an upsetting read!

Inconsiderate car parking

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 15:49, Sun 17 January 2010
Sent to Birmingham City Council 1 minute later

Vans/cars being parked at corner of Kings road/ Vicarge road (illegally over double yellow lines) making it difficult to exit Kings road. Can be treacherous at times. Where are the traffic wardens when you need them and where they should be observing?!!

Updates

  • Nil action taken. Problem persists. Even worse. I have also noted the most absurd use of a zebra crossing zig zag lines – Across a junction!.

  • It seems no one in council building has any incentive to improve Birmingham. Shame, no one shows an initiative.
